For over 50 years, the top costume rental store in Houston, TX has provided a complete look with costumes, wigs, cosmetics, and more. However, their website currently lacks the ability for users to browse or make purchases online. As a UX designer and researcher, I redesigned the Performing Arts Supply Co's website to address navigation challenges and lack of transparency in product details, descriptions, and customer reviews.
Outcomes

  • Enhanced product navigation with clearer categories and filters.

  • Increased transparency through detailed product descriptions and customer reviews.

  • Improved user engagement by adding a seamless purchasing flow.

  • Boosted online visibility and accessibility for a wider audience.

  • Positive feedback from both users and stakeholders regarding ease of use and site functionality.
